At Lepro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and smart decor. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Lepro account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and power adapters are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
